Gold Wing Yellow useful info
A Generous Grandpa
People who met Paul Clouston described him as a charming old man. The 73-year-old looked like someone's benevolent grandfather with snow-white hair, a bushy white mustache yellowing from heavy tobacco use, and watery blue eyes. He was known as a competent handyman and was always fixing something. He especially liked finding old children's bicycles at garage sales, fixing them up and giving them to local kids. Clouston was also passionate about old cars and Honda Gold Wing motorcycles. He was getting up there in years, of course; his eyesight was getting pretty bad, and he had to take medication for prostate problems. His memory was still very sharp though: he never missed an old western movie on TV and remembered minute details about the plot. He also still spoke pretty good Spanish.
But these people were shocked to find out that Paul H. Clouston - aka Herman L. Clouston, Herman Cloisten, Herman Anthony, Michael Paul Drago, Ray Randolph, and at least 20 other aliases - is the ultimate dirty old man who loves molesting both little boys and girls. He is a convicted cop killer and child molester who violated parole and disappeared without a trace.
Clouston has been breaking the law since the 1950s. He's served time for auto theft, burglary, and general mayhem. He was convicted for killing a California cop in 1972 and served time until his parole in 1982. However, it didn't take long for him to land back in jail for another 11 years.
In 1994, Clouston was indicted on seventeen separate charges. A plea bargain eliminated all but seven charges, but the list of remaining convictions was still pretty impressive: Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Use of Firearm While Committing Abduction, Aggravated Sexual Battery, Abduction with Intent to Defile, Forcible Sodomy, and 3 Counts of Indecent Liberties with Children. Nine children of both sexes between the ages of seven and fifteen testified against Clouston. They described how he offered them drugs and alcohol, showed them pornography, filmed them having sex with each other and forced himself on them.
Clouston was supposed to serve 20 years but was released on parole in 2005. Before long, Paul Clouston had disappeared into the sunset. Local church members report giving him a ride to the Greyhound bus station in early September 2005. He told them he was going to visit his daughter in Ohio and planned to spend his remaining "golden years" somewhere out West. Paul Clouston is still out there, armed and dangerous.
The above account is based on a true story. Background checks protect peaceful citizens from being deceived and/or harmed by a cunning criminal.

Gold Wing Yellow Questions
I hope someone can identify a bird similar to Oriole or Yellow-headed Blackbird for me.?
I live in west-central Minnesota (US). I have seen an unfamiliar Baltimore Oriole sized bird on the lawn. It is primarily black. Most distinctive is the back of the head and neck which is gold colored. This gold is about the color of the Hooded Oriole in my Audubon Field Guide. Perhaps even more what you would call gold than the orange of the Hooded Oriole. (The distribution of the gold is way different.) There is a distict border between the gold and black all the way around this gold patch. There are distinct white wing patches at the shoulder and some other narrow stripes of white on the back and around the rump.
Not Yellow-headed Blackbird, breast and front part of head was black.
Not Goldfinch, my unknown had much less gold and was bigger.

Was it a Bobolink?

What do you have on top of your christmas tree?
A star or an angel?
We have an angel. We just always have in my family, so now it's tradition. Everyone else I know has stars though. I prefer angels. They are more intricate and pretty, plus each one looks different. We bought a new one yesterday because how old one was ruined and it's beautiful. It has blonde hair, a halo, gorgeous gold wings and a while dress coverered in purple and yellow tulle. We aren't religious, so I like to think that the angel is more like a guardian, watching over us during the christmas months.
I am atheist, but I prefer an angel on top of my Christmas tree.
